I Forgot My Password

If you've forgotten your password, follow these steps to regain access.


  1. Go to https://go.activatecare.com/login
  2. On the login screen, select Forgot Password


  1. Type in the email address used for your Activate Care account and select Send Email


  1. You will see a confirmation banner letting you know the reset email was sent

  1. An email will be sent for you to reset your password, if you don't see an email please check your SPAM folder.

  1. In the password reset email, click the Change Password button
  2. Enter your new password in the New Password field and re-enter the password in the Re-enter new password field

You password must contain:

  • At least 8 characters
  • At least 3 of the following:
    • Lower case letters (a-z)
    • Upper case letters (A-Z)
    • Numbers (0-9)
    • Special characters (e.g. !@#$%^&*)
  1. Select the Reset Password to save your new password
  2. User the new password to log-in
