I Forgot My Password
If you've forgotten your password, follow these steps to regain access.
- Go to https://go.activatecare.com/login
On the login screen, select Forgot Password
Type in the email address used for your Activate Care account and select Send Email
- You will see a confirmation banner letting you know the reset email was sent
- An email will be sent for you to reset your password, if you don't see an email please check your SPAM folder.
- In the password reset email, click the Change Password button
- Enter your new password in the New Password field and re-enter the password in the Re-enter new password field
You password must contain:
- At least 8 characters
- At least 3 of the following:
- Lower case letters (a-z)
- Upper case letters (A-Z)
- Numbers (0-9)
- Special characters (e.g. !@#$%^&*)
- Select the Reset Password to save your new password
- User the new password to log-in
