Why an Account Gets Blocked

What to Do If Your Account is Blocked
If your account is blocked due to any of the reasons mentioned above, please follow these steps to get assistance:
User subscribed to Activate Care emails:
If you are subscribed to our Activate Care email, you will receive a generated email from help@activatecare.com with the subject line Account Blocked.
- Locate the email in your inbox
- Select the click here hyperlink to navigate to the authentication page
- Confirm your IP address
- Select Continue to proceed
Users Unsubscribed to Activate Care emails or Did Not Receive Unblock email:
- Contact Support
- Send a message to our support team using the help beacon available on the platform.
- Alternatively, you can email us at help@activatecare.com.
- Provide Necessary Information
- When contacting us, please provide your user information for verification purposes.
- This may include your username, email address, and any other relevant details.
Once we receive your request and verify your user information, our support team will assist you in unblocking your account.
You will receive confirmation once your account has been successfully unblocked
